Moreover, users can document their physical transformation through monthly photos captured from various angles—front, side, and back—and can organize these images for easy access or share them via email. Additionally, tracking monthly measurements is simplified through the option to email results as a .csv file.

The ability to generate .csv files of completed workouts provides users with an organized record for Excel analysis. The app’s user-friendly interface intuitively displays previous activities for each exercise, enhancing motivation to maintain workout consistency. A feature allowing corrections on entered data further adds to its usability.

To improve navigation and tracking of progress, users can mark workouts as complete with visible checkmarks next to each entry. This is facilitated through various options: marking individual workouts or entire weeks as complete through simple taps or long presses on designated cells.

Although the app contains advertisements at the top or bottom of the screen, users have the option to remove them through an in-app purchase. Additional features like Graph View for visual tracking of reps and weights are also available either via direct purchase or by viewing a reward video for temporary access.
